What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a minimally invasive method of Chinese medicine that can be used to treat a variety of conditions. It works by stimulating nerve-rich areas of the skin’s surface to influence various functions and areas of the body, including glands, organs, and tissues. Acupuncture helps to stimulate the immune system and promotes circulation to the treated area, which can, in turn, speed up wound healing and control pain.
