Nutritional Counseling Services
General Nutritional Counseling Session - $125/60 Min.
Come in with all your nutrition-related questions, and I will assist you in making a plan for improving your relationship with food, sticking with self-made goals, or learning more about specific topics such as healthy fats, where to source foods, how to eat less sugar, or how to cook more healthy meals for your family. I will also guide you toward objective and reliable resources (online and books/articles) where you can further your learning.
Comprehensive & Personalized Nutritional Evaluation - $210/90 Min.
If you’re ready for specific guidance from someone with clinical experience in functional nutrition, this package is for you! During the initial meeting together, your health history, symptom profile, 3-day food journal, functional testing results, and a list of current supplements will all be reviewed. This information, in combination with conversation during your first appointment will give Kendy a comprehensive understanding of your nutritional status and the foundational causes of your symptoms.
Once you’ve scheduled your appointment, all functional testing documentation will be sent by the provider for completion. To better serve you during the appointment, all documents must be returned 3 days prior to your appointment.
*You can expect to receive a review of the initial findings from this meeting. You’ll also receive support, education, and suggestions for key diet and lifestyle changes to help you meet your health goals.
Kendy does a fantastic job both individually and in a group setting. She is able to provide a wealth of information, resources and ideas to support a variety of gut health issues. She does all this in a very neutral, kind and supportive way. My family and I are feeling so much better after working with her.
