Every session addresses the whole body, yet each is tailored to your specific needs in the moment. Thai techniques incorporate compression, stretching, acupressure points, joint mobilization, and percussion. These techniques ease muscle and connective tissue tension and release generalized stress, promoting relaxation, circulation, and connection.

Sensory Deprivation

A  sensory deprivation tank is filled with skin-temperature water that’s dense with Epsom salts to allow you to float like a cork. You’ll be able to relax and let the water hold you. The zero-gravity environment and reduced environmental stimulation can do incredible things for your body, mind, and spirit!
