Maybe you’ve been meaning to cut back on sugar.
You know you’re eating more of it than you’d like.
Maybe it’s the afternoon craving. The need for something sweet after dinner. The energy crash that hits a few hours after eating. Or the feeling that once you start, it’s hard to stop.
You’ve tried cutting sugar before, but eventually life gets busy and old habits creep back in.
Restart is a different kind of sugar detox.
Rather than simply telling you what you can and can’t eat, this five-week program gives you the education, support, and space to understand your relationship with sugar and learn what may be happening in your body.
What you'll learn
Over five weekly 90-minute sessions, we’ll explore:
Your relationship with sugar
Understand cravings, habits, and the ways sugar shows up in your everyday eating.
Digestion
Explore why what’s happening in your gut matters to the rest of your body.
Blood sugar
Learn about blood sugar regulation and its relationship to energy, hunger, cravings, and metabolic health.
Dietary fats
Take a closer look at dietary fats and how they fit into a nourishing way of eating.
Moving forward
Bring everything together and explore how to continue using what you’ve learned beyond the program.
Is a Sugar Detox Right for You?
Restart may be a good fit if:
- You find yourself reaching for sugar throughout the day
- You experience frequent sugar or carbohydrate cravings
- Your energy tends to rise and crash
- You’ve tried to cut back on sugar before but struggled to maintain it
- You want practical guidance rather than another diet to follow
- You want to better understand how sugar, digestion, and blood sugar are connected
You don’t need to have a perfect diet—or a specific health concern—to participate.
You just need to be ready to take a closer look at your relationship with sugar.
